Anna Collard

My Yoga journey started when I was a busy cybersecurity entrepreneur and new mum in dire need of tools to deal with overwhelm and manage stress and mental health.

 

I've completed multiple Yoga Teacher Training courses and continue on the path of learning more about a mindful and more present lifestyle:

YTT 200 hours at the Yoga Zone in 2021

YTT 300 hours at the Shala in 2022 

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator Level 1 with Candice Clark in 2023 

Inspired by the team behind the Zensory,  I've decided to open up an immersive, boutique Yoga studio that combines sounds, visuals, scents, and movements to help us tap into the best versions of ourselves.

Embrace the tranquility of my 7 am classes, thoughtfully crafted to offer a grounded and energized start to your day. Immerse yourself in practices such as deeper core work, lymph flow, pranayama (breathwork), and the soothing embrace of auto-massages.

Journey with me as we explore the profound impact of settling the nervous system and nurturing a harmonious balance in the body-mind-soul connection. Our intimate class settings provide a space for shared exploration, where we can explore fluid movement together on the mat.
