Designed to awaken both body and mind, this immersive session blends movement, breath, and sensory stimulation through visuals, sound, and gentle scents. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Anne’s guidance offers a joyful yet grounding experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the rest of your week.

Yoga Nidra
30 mins flow, 30 mins Nidra meditation
The session begins with 30 minutes of gentle, intentional movement designed to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation, a powerful practice known as “yogic sleep.”
Backed by neuroscience and psychology, Yoga Nidra guides the brain into a hypnagogic state—between waking and sleeping—where the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, promoting deep relaxation, reduced cortisol levels, and improved sleep quality. Research also links regular Nidra practice to enhanced focus, emotional resilience, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and burnout.
