A vinyasa based class to gently transition out of the day and back into the body. Through mindful movement and breath-led flow, the practice helps release physical and mental tension, creating space for calm and clarity.

The session concludes with a guided meditation, supporting the nervous system to settle and the mind to unwind.

An energising, breath-led flow designed to lift your focus and reset your nervous system midweek. We move with strength and intention before landing in a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to integrate and recharge.
